Jeremy Ruff was born in Bamberg, Germany and was brought up in a military family. He respects and thanks all the men and women in uniform past and present. He resided in Carlisle, Pa as a young child until recently. He comes from a background of 20 plus years in sales management, Automotive sales, and brings great customer service, how to listen to people, helping with making each transaction less stressful, and to help each step of the way of the process, to bear when working with his clients. He has also worked in the housing construction field for several years. Even remodeled 2 of his homes himself.



Jeremy Ruff attended ATI and earned his certification in business management, and his skills in sales gives him a unique insight into how to bargain, protect clients, find the best deal, and market. He has received many rewards, in sales increase year over year, top performer in donations received for feeding America out of 1400 plus locations. He goes above and beyond.



Jeremy Ruff has been on both sides of real estate, bought and sold 3 different homes of his own. He has also participated in helping family and friends in their transactions in purchasing and selling their home. He has earned real-life experience in all different types of sales, customer service, marketing, that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.



Jeremy Ruff entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss, to be a stellar agent, provide better for his family, meet new people, and help people accomplish homeownership and hasn’t looked back. His favorite part of real estate is to see the smile on his clients face when they get handed their keys. To him that is the most rewarding part of the transaction.



Jeremy Ruff lives in Chesapeake, Va. with his spouse, son, and dog. He spends his free time fishing, watching football, antique shopping, traveling, and spending time with family. He has visited the area multiple times and fell in love with the surrounding atmosphere of Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. His family will be moving to the area as well. He is known to be outgoing, likes to have fun, friendly, organized, and very proactive.
